Quick Kahlua Tiramisu

Yield: 8 Servings
2 sl Pound cake
4 oz Freshly brewed coffee; preferably espresso
2 lg Scoops vanilla ice cream
2 oz Kahlua
Bittersweet chocolate; grated
Unsweetened cocoa
Place cake slices in shallow dessert bowls. Moisten with coffee.
Top each with a scoop of ice cream. Pour the Kahlua over ice cream.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate or cocoa. Serve immediately.
