Strawberry Shortcake 07

2 1/2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 qt strawberries, sliced and sweetened
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Stir first four ingredients until soft
dough forms. Drop by 6 spoonsfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Split shortcakes; fill
and top with strawberries. Whipped cream or Cool Whip optional. 6
servings.
