Pear Crisp

2 lbs. sliced pears
25 ml lemon juice
25 ml flour
250 ml rolled oats
175 ml sugar
250 ml flour
200 ml brown sugar
175 ml butter

Mix pears, lemon juice, sugar and 25 ml of flour together and place
in a greased baking pan - 20 cm square. Combine flour, oats and
brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse bread
crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture over pears and bake at 180 degrees
C. until pears are tender and topping is golden brown - about 35
minutes.
