Chocolate Icebox Cake

1 c flour
1 c finely chopped pecans
1/2 c butter, softened

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
9 oz cool whip, divided

1 large (6.75 oz) package instant vanilla pudding
1 large (6.75 oz) package instant chocolate pudding
3 c. cold milk

Make bottom layer by mixing flour, pecans and butter until crumbly.
Press into 9x13" pan. Bake at 350F 15-20 minutes and lightly
golden. Cool.

Make middle layer by beating cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold
in half of the cool whip and spread over cooled crust.

Make top layer by beating milk into pudding mixes until smooth and
thickened. Spread over middle layer. Spread remaining whipped
topping over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
