1 box grape jello
1 liter vanilla ice cream
coffee liquor such as kahlua
cherries for garnish
Prepare jello as it says in the box in a squared pan. After it's
firm, cut in small squares.
Put a scoop of ice cream in a parfait glass, then a few squares of
jello, then another scoop of ice cream, then more jello, until the
glass is full. Finally pour over Kahlua (as much as you like). Decorate
with a cherry if desired.
