BLUEBERRY BUCKLE
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1 well beaten egg
2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Cream shortening and sugar, add egg, mix well. Sift 2 cup flour,
powder and salt, add to creamed mixture alternating with milk. Pour
into well greased 11 X 7 X 1 1/2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle
blueberries over batter. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle
over blueberries. Bake at 350 F for 45-50 minutes.
