Danish Aeblekage
Make a layer of breadcrumbs roasted with sugar on a pan or some crushed macaroons. Sprinkle some Sherry or Port wine over it. Make or buy some stewed apples. Make a layer of this in the bowl. Make a layer of whipped cream. Decorate with some chocolate pieces (e.g. chocolate leaves) and dabs of red currant jelly.
Let each of the 3 layers fill one third of the bowl (if you use the macarones you might want to make this layer smaller).
It's good the day after, too, if stored in the refrigerator.
